What this tool does
Every year on 9 November, Pakistanis change their profile pictures, set WhatsApp statuses and share Iqbal's poetry to mark the birthday of Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Until now, doing that properly meant installing a separate DP maker app. This page does both jobs in your browser instead: the DP Maker puts an Iqbal Day frame on your own photo, and the Poetry Card Maker turns Iqbal's most famous couplets into a clean, shareable image. Both are free, neither needs a sign-up, and — because everything is drawn on a canvas inside your browser — your photo never leaves your device.
How to make your Iqbal Day DP
- Choose your photo. A clear front-facing picture works best; the frame is square, so group photos will be cropped.
- Pick a frame colour — Pakistan Green, Midnight Navy or Teal & Gold.
- Adjust with the sliders. Zoom in if the photo sits too far back, and use the left/right and up/down sliders until your face sits comfortably above the Iqbal Day band at the bottom.
- Download and set it. The PNG is 1080 × 1080 — open WhatsApp or Facebook, choose it as your profile picture, and it fits without further cropping.
How the poetry card maker works
Pick one of the twelve couplets in the list — they are the lines Pakistan quotes most, from the Khudi couplet to the children's prayer "Lab pe aati hai dua". Choose a theme, add your name or your school's name if you like, and download. Teachers often use the cards as a class status or a notice-board print; students share them as a 9 November status. If you would rather write your own sher or a personal greeting, choose "Write your own" in the list and type up to four lines. A small "Made with ToolFoxHub" line sits at the bottom of every card so the design stays credited when it is forwarded — everything else on the card is yours.

Preparing for an Iqbal Day function?
If your school or college is holding a speech competition, the companion guides have complete, ready-to-deliver speeches: the Iqbal Day speech in Urdu (full taqreer in Urdu script and Roman Urdu, plus a short speech for kids) and the Iqbal Day speech in English (a 2-minute speech for students, a 1-minute speech for kids, and delivery tips). Both were written for the 2026 functions and are free to use.
When is Iqbal Day 2026?
Monday, 9 November 2026 — the 149th birth anniversary of Allama Muhammad Iqbal (born 9 November 1877 in Sialkot). Iqbal Day is a public holiday in Pakistan, so schools, colleges and offices are closed on the day itself; most functions, and most DP and status changes, happen in the days just before it.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Iqbal Day DP Maker free? Yes — both makers on this page are completely free, with no sign-up and no watermark across your photo.
Does my photo get uploaded anywhere? No. The frame and the card are drawn in your browser; your photo never leaves your device and nothing is stored on any server.
What size are the images? Both download as 1080 × 1080 PNG files, the standard square for WhatsApp DPs, Facebook posts and Instagram.
Can I write my own poetry on the card? Yes — choose "Write your own sher / greeting" in the couplet list and type up to four lines.
Whose couplets are in the list? All twelve are Allama Iqbal's own published verses (he died in 1938, and his poetry is Pakistan's shared heritage). The themes and card designs are ToolFoxHub originals.
